Duni is the largest pan-European table top provider (measured by relevant sales) facing competition from both larger tissue manufacturers, with table top as a relatively small non-core operation, and local converters (primarily family owned) with narrow product ranges supplying their local markets. Duni constitutes a strong platform, well positioned to lead consolidation of the European table top industry.
Duni has identified opportunities for accelerated growth in the professional sector through acquisitions and partnerships. The management team has set up a task force that will use its integration experiences to ensure that any acquisitions will be efficiently integrated.
