Codes of Conduct
As a general rule Duni sites and our suppliers must operate in full compliance with national laws in the respective countries. Duni's social responsibility can however have requirements exceeding the requirements of the national law.
Duni wants to make sure that products offered to our customers are manufactured in ethically acceptable conditions.
The Code of Conduct reflects the minimum standard. The objective is to consistently improve the production environment and the working conditions from an ethical and social aspect. The Code of Conduct applies to all Duni sites and all suppliers that manufacture products for Duni.
The code defines the basic rights of the employees, based on ILO Conventions.
