The Code of Conduct is based on the joint international framework agreement which was signed today, 9 November, by SIF (Sweden's leading white collar union) and Duni. The agreement covers all of Duni’s activities including subcontractors in 26 countries including Asia and Europe.  

SIF’s and Duni’s framework agreement bans child labor and all forms of discrimination. It also recognizes the right of workers to organize themselves in a union and to negotiate collective agreements. The agreement is derived from the ILO’s core conventions.

Duni undertakes to ensure that the agreement is observed at the workplace and to terminate collaborations with subcontractors which are discovered to breach the agreement.

The agreement was signed today by Duni’s Deputy CEO Gun Nilsson, Duni’s board representative for SIF Per-Åke Halvordsson and SIF’s union chair Mari-Ann Krantz.
