Remuneration policy
The remuneration to Duni’s Board of Directors, including the Chairman, is determined by resolution at the Annual General Meeting. The remuneration to the Chief Executive Officer and the other members of Duni’s management group shall, in accordance with the principles for remuneration to the management adopted by the Annual General Meeting 7 May 2008, be on market terms and consist of fixed and variable salary, a long term incentive program, other benefits and pension. The variable salary may never exceed the fixed salary. The Members of the Board of Directors are not entitled to any benefits upon ceasing to serve as a member of the Board.
