Audit
The auditor audits the Company’s annual reports and accounting, as well as the management of the Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer. The auditor submits an audit report to the Annual General Meeting after each financial year.
The Annual General Meeting appoints auditors for a period of four years.

At the extra ordinary Annual General Meeting 28 August 2007 PricewaterhouseCoopers AB with auditor Bo Hjalmarsson as auditor in charge was elected for a period of four years ahead. PriceWaterhouseCoopers has had different audit assignments for Duni since the current Duni AB was established in 1996. The Company’s auditor audits the annual accounts and accounting and the Company’s current operations and routines, to make an opinion on the accounting and the management of the Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer. The annual report and financial statements are reviewed during January and February.

Along side of Duni, Bo Hjalmarsson does not have any assignments in companies over which Duni’s principle shareholders (prior to the distribution of ownership at the listing), board members or Chief Executive Officer have any material influence. Bo Hjalmarsson is an authorized public accountant and member of the Swedish Institute of Authorized Public Accountants, FAR SRS. Remuneration to PricewaterhouseCoopers for assignments other than auditing amounted to SEK 4.3 million for the full year 2007 and related to tax issue studies, IFRS conversion and an audit study regarding Duni’s readiness to be listed.
