Corporate Governance
Duni AB is a Swedish public limited company. Governance of Duni takes place via the General Meeting, the Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer, as well as Duni’s Group management, in accordance with the Swedish Companies Act, the Articles of Association, and the rules of procedure for the Board of Directors, among other things. Considering Duni’s group structure, the composition of the Board of Directors in operating subsidiaries, often with representatives from the Group management, constitutes yet another share of the governance of Duni.
